My palms turned yellow as I walked through the frosty night

Bruised and covered in wounds that would take eternity to heal
This world is cold not even  fire can keep me warm
Sinking in a sea of dreams like a ship wrecked by a storm.
I may not be mature enough to know how it feels to be loved

If only God can mend broken hearts,I will need Him to make bars around mine

Men were not left to sink but were taught how to float
Just like lovely mother Hope
The Creator sent out his son to die for their woes
Bringing great shame to the Creator's Foes
The beginning has an end
An end that is beautiful

A lot of teens wanna be stars and be seen on television
Filled with hope,they sleep and have dreams they call visions
Love to be a legend,thats their precision.
Wanna have all the money and fame with great acquisition
But how many of us  thought about God and the mission?
To solely serve him and not His opposition.
People say money is the root of all evil-thats a misconception.
I guess they aint got too much in their possession
To make them love it will rather take them into destruction
Carefully analyze,think and make a good discretion
Not everything you see good looks really good on the television.

GAYISM IS WRONG PERIOD! -PEZZY

In the beginning i used to think, 'you know what, let them be. They got their reason for being gay, i don't have any right judging them'.
Now i realize i was just afraid what people who thought otherwise around might say or how anybody who was gay would feel about me. But now I'm being personally truthful not judgemental; gay is wrong, is messed up.
First i knew some people became gay because of childhood experience or because some straight guy or lady hurt them so they don't want to be hurt by being straight & i figured, well you can't blame them right?
But now kids are running around being gay because they've seen it or heard about it & they just want to do it. Like seriously?
 I know some people are still being forced into it but now there are people who do it because they believe that's their nature (typically a guy who behaves like a girl or a girl who behaves like a guy).
Look, I'm not being biblical or religious here, no, I'm being truthful.
For the sake of big bang theory let's consider if the first male & female who came out of it chose to be gay, how were you & I going to be here today? There's no scientific proof that being gay is right. The only place I've seen gay being right is in Human Rights.
Yes, the right of everyone to choose whatever sexual orientation they want. Excuse me to say but this is crazy. To me it's crazy, i don't want to speak for others.
Two days ago i read an article on 'myjoyonline.com' about a high school student who was raped by his seniors & ended up contracting HIV. According to the boy one senior made a pass at him & he turned him down & so he got some friends & they raped him. Now where's the human rights in that? He made his sexual orientation choice & yet they didn't respect that but the right wants to fight for gay to be legalized.
Please note the incident above happened in a single sex school (male). But I'm not here to talk about single sex schools. I personally think single sex schools are cool to a point but not my hundred percent choice.

Anyway lets get back to gay being wrong. I read another last week about some Ghanaians (men) in Germany protesting for the legalization of gay in Ghana.
If 'gayism' is legalized in Ghana one day, i won't be surprised I'd just be disappointed.
Just recently a friend contacted me to help him with a debate he was preparing for. A debate on the topic Gay Marriage. He was standing against the motion that 'Gay Marriage was wrong'.
So i went online trying to find many points why gayism was wrong & i realized most of the articles i saw was supporting gay marriage & only a handful were against it. Funny enough there was a some sites which had articles on the bible supporting gay marriage.

The article had a very interesting defense about the story of Sodom & Gomorrah in the bible.  But they were doing the same thing including other sinful things & God wiped them out. But don't forget the bible mentioned homosexuality as one of the reasons.  He also had a defense for the scriptures in 1 Corinthians 6:9 & Romans 1:26-27 ?
I guess we both understood the scriptures differently.
But I'm not here to make a biblical defense so you can scratch that because anybody claiming to be a Christian who is also gay is a HYPOCRITE period.

Now, again there's no scientific proof that two men can reproduce neither can two women. So far as i know, it's only a man & a woman that can reproduce. So the reason for being gay is because of the rights to choose a personal sexual orientation & the fun of it. Ok maybe i might be wrong but it's what i think & my guts tell me that's the truth so yeah, I'm going with my guts on this one. This morning immediately i woke up, the thing hit me & i just had to say it.
I did a research on who is prone to contract HIV between a gay & a straight guy & according to statistics in the USA, gays contract HIV more than straight guys.

I could go on & on but then it would get boring eventually so I'll probably end here for you to also do your own research & decide for yourself.
But I'm sorry to every gay person I ever hang out with for not telling you earlier what I'm saying now. But it's not too late to get straight.

TAKE A STAND 1

STRUGGLING TEEN

As the days go by many wake up each morning feeling more drawn to engage in sex or some kind of sexual immorality.
It not being new to some adds up to it as previous adventures keep coming to our mind in a flash.
Sometimes we wish there was a button to just switch it off but I guess it's another test God has set us up for.
Truth be told, I'm not an exception.
Don't think sex is the only problem.
There's drugs, drinking & a whole lot more we want to explore but sex is the greatest as it's treated as a TROPHY by my generation.
To my generation, having sex is like WINNING A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR LOTTERY!
Some may say; we are victims, but I'd disagree.
We are just a generation that has been mindfully manipulated to be attracted to sin.
The most pitiful are the young Christians like myself who struggle to stay "HOLY" because we don't want to miss heaven.

Without being warned of the cruel world we will one day walk into we remain ignorant in our comfort zone of parents & churches until we step into the world where parents & church can only watch us we mature.
Yet forgetting we were never told about the things in the world we had to be ready for.
So when the temptations come we fall like 'Humpty Dumpty' .
Some of us do not even have these comfort zones & so start battling from day one.
But it still doesn't make us victims.
Our Sunday school lessons & bible reading should have prepared us.
But wait!

Weren't we corrupted by the TELEVISION?
I mean consider the fact that we spend so many hours watching television.
Telenovelas, soap opera's, reality shows, celebrity lives, movies etc.
How will watching all these things containing sexual scenes not corrupt us?
When watching TV with our folks & there's a  sexual scene we quickly turn away as if we haven't seen it but we are the same ones who'll watch it eyes popped when we're watching alone.

OUR MINDS HAVE BEEN CORRUPTED by everything because WE yes "WE" allowed everything into our minds.
The world will feed us with whatever it has.
It's up to us to decide to TAKE IT IN or REJECT IT.
In the world is not to blame, WE ARE.
If we do not allow the prizes the world has placed on immorality to distract us & actually seek to know our own worth we would not defile ourselves.
Now, I know people will say it's not easy but wait, who said it's hard?
Nobody ever said it's going to be easy or hard.
We have put difficulty levels on it by ourselves.
STOP ! Make a Stand ! Now work towards it !
The prize on sex in our generation might be great but there's a prize that we've made seem stupid but is way more valuable, VIRGINITY!
I'm sorry for those of us who have already sold our virginity for the world's prize.
But right now, right here, we can make a stand;
TO ABSTAIN FROM SEX UNTIL MARRIAGE!

Now that's a kind of prize that's worth every battle involved.

So they said we weren't cut out for this so we should stay back in our dark closet without being exposed to the luxurious possibilities of the outside. 
Binded by these concrete walls we call bedroom we hide our scars in the broken mirrors of our wardrobe. 

We are scared to come out of our shell because the world is fierce & lurking with beasts waiting to devour our humble & kind souls, rip us off our self believe & throw us back into a dark dungeon where we can't see the possibilities we can achieve. 

So here we walk aimlessly seeking refuge in the asylum of death who opens our eyes to the many ways of finding him without any regret or stress. He's so easy to find. 

So now we sit down to scribble our last note to our captors about the pain,
 Fear,
Self doubt,
Depression,
Anger,
Frustration,
Emotional stress,
Broken heart,
Teasing,
Exposed secrets,
Betrayal,
Sexual abuse,
Peer pressure,
Loss,
Addictions,
Maltreatment,
Hopelessness, 
Worthlessness & everything they made us feel.
After we full stop, we remember where dad hid his pistol the other day after he threatened to shoot mum in the face for not preparing supper.
So we drop the note on the table & take dads pistol.

We hear no gunshot,

Good day. Recently Pezzy  had an interesting discussion with 

Miss Aerosghurl. A pretty nice young lady he met sometimeago. 

We at Truth Music decided to publish this for you so you could also learn a thing or two from the discussion. 

Pezzy: Miss Aerosghurl I know you're a Christian. Do you refer to yourself as a teenager?


Aerosghurl: Yes I do

Pezzy: Okay.
As a teenage Christian have you ever been criticized?


Aerosghurl: Not actually.


Pezzy: But is it true that a lot of teenage Christians are criticized?


Aerosghurl: From what I've seen and heard,it is true. 
Many teenage Christians out there are being criticized.


Pezzy: Ok. Can you give us a typical example of what you've seen or heard?


Aerosghurl: Ok.....
You know,most criticisms are about our faith and denominations.
Way back in school,a friend was looked down upon because of her faith.

The world is such that,many people have different views on certain issues.


Pezzy: Oh ok. I guess i can agree with you on that one.


Aerosghurl: Yes


Pezzy: Well back in SHS we had people who some teachers said would fail because they pay too much attention to religious activities on campus, do you think that is also a form of criticism?


Aerosghurl: Yes it is a form of criticism.

As a teenage Christian what other things do you do to reflect your Christian faith apart from going to church?


Aerosghurl: I think reading the Bible.
I see the Bible as a constitution,because it serves as a guide to our faith as Christians.

Also as Christians it is an obligation for us to live as Christ did.So our way of life reflects our faith too.


Pezzy: Wow nice.
Have you ever been influenced by peer pressure?


Aerosghurl: Oh yes.....a couple of times.


Pezzy: Wow care to share one experience?


Aerosghurl: I found myself in a situation where I was supposed to dress like my friends did because we walk together.I'm someone who doesn't like to expose any part of my body.So being with these friends of mine was tough.This is because,I did not do what they always told me to do.

Peer pressure comes in two ways,we have good and bad.


Pezzy: How do you overcome such bad peer pressure?


Aerosghurl: I think distancing yourself from such people.

Some teenagers are weak and are unable to control themselves.Such people can be pressured to do anything uncalled for.So should you find yourself in such a category,your only option is to distance yourself because trying to win them over will only result to them winning you over.


Pezzy: Wow interesting


Aerosghurl: Yeah.......very interesting.


Pezzy: As teenage Christians, how do we convert our non-christian friends to our faith?


Aerosghurl: We can convert our non-christian friends to our faith by first praying for them.
Prayer is the key to every problem or situation.
Once you pray for them,God will start working on them but you as an individual will have to live a chaste and modest life.

Our way of living reflects our background and faith.


Pezzy: Ok nice.
What message do you have for other teenage Christians out here ?


Aerosghurl: Well,I'll like them to know that,they should stand firm in their faith and always look up to God at all times.

Truthmusic : In your own words, what would you say 'Grace' is?


Praizer: I say Grace is an expression of God's love for men.


Truthmusic : Ok.
 What is your personal take on 'Grace' considering this current generation?


Praizer: Our generation is the most honored I must say...considering the number of Grace preachers we have today. But unfortunately, very few of us today really understand the message.
 Some of us take the message and twist it to our advantage.
Yeah so I think our generation is more privileged, but we misuse the privilege.


Truthmusic : Ok.
So what is this message of 'Grace'?


Praizer: It's simple, We can't do anything for ourselves to attain heaven or righteousness.
Only God can do something about it for us.
That's all Grace is.

I've heard that; "because of 'Grace' once you're saved, you're forever saved".

What is your say on that?


Praizer: Where did you hear that?


Truthmusic : I have my source.


Praizer: Actually it's true.
Once you're saved, you're saved forever.
Remember Paul asked a very interesting rhetorical question.

What shall separate us from the love of God?

Then he went ahead to list certain things.

You see the problem people have is in their minds.
They think when they are saved and they commit certain particular sins, they won't be forgiven.


Truthmusic: Mmm oh ok


Praizer: Now lemme ask you, how do we get saved?


Truthmusic: Well I'd say by accepting Jesus as our Lord & savior.
But i stand to be corrected.


Praizer: That's all!
 No works attached.
 Or do you have to do something else?

If we don't have to do anything to be
 saved but believe and be saved, what can we do to lose our salvation?
Now that is Grace.


Truthmusic: Wow ok.
So 'Grace' is received not attained?


Praizer: Yeah.


Truthmusic: Ok


Praizer: Lemme give this illustration to those who
 forfeit the Grace message.


Truthmusic: Sure please go ahead.


Praizer: If you have a child, who crawls, then the child
 starts to learn how to stand and walk, won't you be happy?
If one day the child tries to walk and falls down and gets
 bruised badly, what will you do?
Disown the child?

No!
The child has fallen, yes...but you'll help the child up again.
Now that's how God shows us more of his Grace.
With time the child will definitely learn to walk.


Truthmusic: Wow, now that's really interesting.


Praizer: Yes


Truthmusic: Ok so one final question, so one cannot be saved unless by 'Grace'?


Praizer: Yes!
We are saved by Grace, through faith in Jesus.


Truthmusic : Wow ok.

Praizer: Study scriptures carefully...and know what is in there, don't be deceived.

TRUTH OR FALSE PROPHETS? 

I've always wondered if I'm the only who sees them. Everyday when i get to town their the first people i see no matter the time it is. I always hear them ask for money to keep their systems running. So i wondered, do they really preach the word or just seek the wealth?
There is this particular one i see everyday & he goes ; "I want 5 people to give me GHC10 & 10 people to give me GHC5 so that i go". Another also goes: "this morning put something in the box & let God bless you today".

Ok am not saying they don't preach but I've personally not heard them do. The few I've heard preach only preach about the blessings in giving.

I'm not judging them, No. Am just trying to make sense of it because everyday i see not less than 10 of them on the street "preaching" & they keep on increasing daily.
Now there was this particular one i saw in a market. Now this what he said, "Today you've come here to sell but some witch somewhere wants your downfall so has covered your face so you don't get customers. But today we will cancel it. Just put GHC10 in this box & God will destroy them for you".

Now realize this are market women who have traveled from afar to come sell & get something small for the house.

Am not against evangelizing as it's a Christian commission that I myself do follow but i think some people take advantage of it.
Am not judging them, neither am I calling them false, please No i can't do that but i think it's becoming a little too much.

But maybe i might be wrong so why don't you observe it too.

On the way home from a conference,

Living a righteous life, imitating our savior Christ.
I see church men cheating on their wives
Men of God preaching nothing but lies
We are brought from darkness into light
Whats the purpose if this light cannot shine.
To reach the souls that are lost
Nor our brothers who have fallen.
Count the number of people u have helped
Compared to the number that Jesus fed
Not to mention those he healed & set free from spiritual oppression.
So you Christian my question to you is 'What have you done that imitates Christ? '
'What have you done to make the world right? '
'What have you done that makes your light shine?'
Why is there so much war & death?
So much killing & sex?
Where's the love & the peace?
We've traded them for hate & deceit.
A world full of scammers & thieves.
A world built by a Holy God corrupt
A world given to us to watch over now destroyed.
Where do we go now?
Or should i even ask how?
Will things ever change?
Will we stand or just lay away?
Do we change the world or allow it to remain the same?
What can we do ?
Can we pray? Yes we can pray
If i pray I'll change my family
But if we pray, we'll change society.
And if society prays....
WE WILL CHANGE THE WORLD!
AND I BELIEVE THAT!!!

IT'S ALMOST OVER

Everything around me makes me feel the presence of God .
I've been through a lot lately but it all eventually strengthened me & showed me how much He loves me.
Many times i felt weak & lost & during that time i kept asking myself what happened?
Where did it all go wrong?
Where was my zeal, love, commitment, dedication, where was everything? 😢
I prayed & couldn't feel God.
I searched for peace & couldn't find it.
My papa kept saying pray but nothing was happening.
I got tired & started giving in. Little by little he pulled me further away. It was tough & you know why?
Because i kept telling myself it's not easy & i couldn't do it but i was trying my best. 😩
But now i look back & laugh 😄. Why? Because i realized what i kept saying had become my prison, i was held captive by my mind & my conscience was too weak to help me.
I was so scared 😖 but deep down i wanted it to end😞.
Well guess what, it has ended. No i didn't give up 😄, i grew up.
Now that i think of it i remember something i read & am sure it's in the bible. It said to make nice jewelry out of gold, we first put it in fire. The fire heats it & even melts it (weakens it) but it is at that hot point that the gold can be beaten into any product or jewelry. After shaping it then it's put in water to cool it & make it strong & beautiful.

Now which point of gold are you?
The raw gold? ,
The heated gold? Or
The melted gold?
Which ever it is just remember that soon you'll be beaten into shape (the most painful part) but after that you'll be cooled & you'll become beautiful & strong. Keep holding on & don't give up because it's almost over.

Why "About Christ"?

I've come across a lot of argument 'About Christ'  in my life. A lot of people can bear witness that a lot of arguments About Christ happen every day.
Most of these arguments are either between a Christian & a person of another religion or a Christian & a nonbeliever.
Some of such arguments also happen between two different Christian denominations.
The argument which I've come across which i personally think was unnecessary is, whether Christ was white or black?
Like seriously? Does it even matter?
During such arguments About Christ  with a nonbeliever, they tend to ask for evidence.
Well, the best evidence one can ever give About Christ is testifying about what he/she has experienced in encountering Christ.
That's what this new song is about. I speak about something's I've experienced in my life since i met Christ. I also talk about what changed my mind to accept Christ & what I've gained from it. That is my personal argument About Christ.

I pray & hope that my experience in Christ is evidence enough to change the mind of those who don't believe & therefore argue that Christ is not real.

This song is expected to come out during the last week of March 2017.
